Batch Smoked Meat

It takes time (and a great rub) to make BBQ people will make time to enjoy.  Stockyard BBQ specializes in slow-smoked, tender brisket with a bark to die for.  Our pulled pork is the perfect blend of lean and fat, seasoned so well, you can't keep your hands out of it!  We also offer hard-to-get smoked turkey, ham and chicken.  All our batch-smoked meat comes with mild and kickin' BBQ sauce which leans toward sweet/molasses.

Homemade Sides

You will not believe what smoked mac 'n' cheese will do to your tastebuds! Or, try a meaty bite of BBQ beans; not just baked beans.  Sweet and tangy cole slaw or decadent cheesy potatoes round out a meal.

Everything Else

BBQ's messy!  That's why we provide everything you need for a meal: paper products, tableware, beverages, buns.  Let us take care of it!
